Plot – Synopsis of Glass Ceiling
This serie raises the current issue of women’s struggle for equality. In this case, Leyla is a working girl who wants to progress in the business world. He works in a corporation and despite his good performance, everything costs him a lot of effort.
On the other hand, there is Cem, the son of a wealthy family that due to his condition and being a man, all doors and opportunities are easily opened to him.
In the cold and material world of companies, Leyla and Cem will be rivals and competitors. Injustice, revenge and love will be at stake.
