Macide is an executive specialist in human resources and has a son. She is not happy in her professional life and that is why she takes care of helping other people.
In this search for herself, she will meet Kazim Isik, a man who works very hard. He is the older brother of his family for whom he feels responsible and wants to succeed to improve his life.
